It is not a tournament ball. It was just a practice ball Top Flight XL

Tough question, since collectibles are only worth as much as somebody is willing to pay. I would say about $300, if you could find a buyer. Most autographed items come with a certificate of authenticity or something to show that it isn't a forgery. The items that are certified as being authentic list for much more, with one auctioned off for $3,421!
