Mercedes Vito Van Rusting??? New shape?
I have a white 53 reg (new shape) Mercedes Vito van which is rusting really bad, as soon as a stone chip hits it, a patch of rust appears!! Its a shame because its lovely to drive and i have had no mechanical problems... touch wood! I just wondered if all the new shape Vitos are suffering the same problem???? Im thinking of upgrading to newer reg model but don't want the same problem.
Any advice/help appreciated.

It appears to be a problem with the Vito, your van should be fully galvanised on all the steel panels so the fact it's rusting is a suprise but not unheard of.
I'm not sure if the later Vitos still suffered this problem, I'd suggest you look at the source I found and see if they have any more info.
