Well Ryan lost his job pretty much with the addition of Derosa and the movement of the infield. And he has no power. Izturis is who i would add, bats in front of 2 great hitters, hunter and Abreu and Vlad as well. He homered yesterday, i say add him. You could also consider harris but he isnt great for fantasy and doesent run well.
