Which golf clubs should I get?

So I'm a beginner at golf and I'm looking to get some clubs of my own, not too expensive (under 400 for the whole set).
I was looking at these two sets of clubs

I'm trying to figure out the differences between them to warrant spending $100 more for the first set, other than the first set has a sand wedge.

It really depends on your ability and how much you are going to be playing. Both of these sets are great for people who are just starting off in golf. Honestly if you are just starting out you can also go to Dick's sporting goods and pick up a set of Slazenger or Wilsons for under $300 and sometimes under $200. These are complete sets with the golf bag included and you get the woods/hybrids and also the irons and putter. You really don't need amazing equipment when you first start, but as you get better you will want to upgrade.

Also if there is a PGA Superstore anywhere in your area check there as well because they sometimes have some 2-3 year old sets that are in great shape that you can get a great deal on. If possible, you will also want to "test drive" the clubs before you buy them, ask the sales person if you can hit a couple of the irons in store or take one to the driving range before you buy them. There is no sense in buying the clubs only to find out you don't like the way they look at address or the way they feel when you hit them. This is the only drawback to buying online, but if you can find somewhere to demo the clubs first then I would say it is ok to purchase them online.
