Does anyone know how to make a login domain with Windows XP Pro or Vista Ultimate?

I have Win XP Pro and Vista Ultimate and i would like to create a logon where could just switch between computers and still have my account settings.

The kind of login that schools or business have. If anyone knows please answer.

I tell you creating Domain Need a Server that installed Active directory and Domain controller .
You need :
A PC with good hardware for server
A version of Microsoft windows server 2000 or 2003
and this server always most be turned on .
