What is the best program to get computer running close to factory settings?

when i first bought my laptop it used to fly
recently it randomly freezes then continues I have defraged, anti virus, anti spyware, updated drivers but it is still running slower then before i think it could be my reg is messy what program can i use to sort my computer out things like Tuneup Utilities are any good? i have it on my computer but not sure if it does anything

best thing to do is to delete any programs that you dont use, do a general spring clean.

You could try CCleaner or NCleaner, both are free and do a good job. Registry cleaners are good aswell which they both have.

ALso try another defragger, auslogics defragger is pretty good,and again its free.

Reg Saunders $103.56 High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles Reginald Walter Saunders MBE (7 August 1920 2 March 1990) was the first Aboriginal commissioned officer in the Australian Army. Enlisting as a soldier in 1940, he served during World War II in North Africa, Greece and Crete before being commissioned as a lieutenant and serving as a platoon commander in New Guinea in 194445. After World War II Saunders was demobilised and returned to civilian life, however, he later served as a company commander with the 3rd Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment (3 RAR) during the Korean War. He eventually left the Army in 1954 and later worked as a liaison officer in the Office of Aboriginal Affairs, and was appointed MBE for his services in 1971. He died in 1990 aged 69. He was born in Sevenoaks, England, the son of the Rev. Alfred Earnest Balch and Sarah Hawkes. He was educated at Bedford Grammar School and Kingswood School. Balch received a University scholarship but waived it to be a farmer. He arrived in Canada in 1913, departing from Liverpool and disembarking ten days later at Saint John. He took a train to Ontario but found little work there. In 1914, he was hired by the Ontario Reformatory and later, with the outbreak of World War I, enlisted, serving three years in France with the Canadian Field Artillery.
