I need advice on buying new wedges?

I have had a 56 degree nike sv tour wedge but sold it because i wanted a 60 degree wedge also but thought that a 56 and 60 degree wedge would be to close together.

Is it ok to have a 56 and a 60 or should i buy a 54 and 60, 56 and 62 or even a 52 and 60. What is the best combination of wedges?

I would also like to know what kind of wedges i should buy. I have been looked at the bob vokey spin milled wedges, but i am just not sure what to buy. I really would like to get the best setup possible with my wedges though, because short game is a huge part of the game of golf.

So my overall questions are what kind of lofts should i buy for my new wedges(56,60; 56,62; 54,62; or even 52,60.
And Second What kind of wedge should i buy to get the best out of my game.

P.S. I am not willing to spend anything above 130

Your wedges are normally 4 degrees apart. The standards are 52 degrees for a gap wedge, 56, degrees for a sand wedge, and 60 degrees for a lob wedge. Depending on how far you hit your wedges and which ones would be most beneficial for you. Most golfers carry the 56 and 60 degree wedges, but a lot will carry all three. I would definitely try and only keep 4 degrees between each wedge though. Any more than that and there is a big gap in distances and it can be a lot harder to control.

I personally have tried several different wedges and the best ones I have found and I am still using are the Titleist Vokey wedges. They have a soft feel, great spin control, and good distance. I bought all mine used at ebay for between $70 to $80 and they were all in great shape and worth every penny. Good Luck and hope this helps.
