top flite golf clubs?

im new need help buying clubs if a set of top flites a good brand for 250-300$

The new ones are pretty good. I wouldn't have been so eager a few years ago, but Top Flite was recently acquired by Callaway Golf, and they are using the brand as an entry level of their clubs. For the price you are paying, TF is now a decent brand, and they'd be a great place for a beginner to start.
