How tall do you think im going to be? and Any tips on how to grow taller?

I'm 5'4 1/2" tall right now and im 13. I exercise everyday, I practice golf 3times a week(Would golf help me grow?). I eat a lot of veggies and i'm a guy.

well, the say pilates not only strengthens your body but will also make you taller and leaner. I have a dvd and i stopped doing that as soon as they said that about height because I'm 5'10. but i would say try that and drink LOTS of milk
