One major flaw is that you have chosen a PCI Express video card and that motherboard does not have a PCI Express slot on it. I would definately look for a motherboard that has PCI Express since it is becoming the new standard for video cards and is alot faster than AGP. Also, for your hard drive, I would suggest going with a SATA hard drive instead of an IDE hard drive since they are faster and the prices are pretty much the same now. IDE is slowly fading out as SATA takes over so theres really no reason to go with IDE over SATA at this point if the motherboard supports it. Also, make sure you get at least 1 Gb of brand name RAM. You don't have to buy top of the line, since most of the time you won't see the difference, but just make sure it is from a good brand and not some random foreign company.
