Does Rachel Ray really cook a meal in thirty minutes?

I noticed when she goes to a commercial and comes back, the kitchen is organized and her onions are cooked and the water is boiling. I also saw that she uses a lot of sliced and prepared meats. Expensive stuff that I can't afford. I usually cut and chop everything myself. While I am on the subject of Rachel, why does she try to grab everything in one load instead of making several trips? The cabinet isn't that far away.
I guess no one has heard of editing.
She isn't doing live by the way.

Yes, it's easier to do when you start before the filming begins. It's always faster when you have a staff to shop and prep for you. Fresh herbs are great but they don't keep in the fridge that long so the cost is astronomical!! Let's get real. Even James Beard used dried herbs and spices. I give her credit for coming so far in life and she is cute but she is on TV so much I'm getting sick I can't even watch the food channel anlymore. Why don't they change the name to the RAchel Ray network. I tried one of her ideas. It wasn't very good.
