How can I remove a virus on my administration account?

Basically i have got a virus on my administration account and i cannot remove it as it does not allow to use my windows vista toolbar/command, it only shows a java virtual machine launcher(it shows some fuck..web page) . when i log in on my guest account there is no issue at all. As antivirus i have got titanium maximum security 2011 and im using windows vista home edition. is it possible to delete my current admin account and change my guest account as my new admin account? If yes how can i do it? by doing this will it remove the virus and i'd like to know if it'll be possible to keep all my docs?

As an IT TECH, here is what i recommend:

Step #1. Restart, and before the computer logo comes on( dell, hp, or whatever ur computer is) PRESS F 8 A COUPLE OF TIMES-- a black screen with white lettering will appear. with ur u and down arrows, select SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING) the computer should look weird as it starts up in safe mode.

Step #2. Download Malware-bytes from: http://www.malwarebytes.org/ ( the free one)
Download it,install it, run it. Perform Quick Scan. Once scan is complete, click Show results-check all threats found and click Remove Threats.

Step# 3 Download AVAST from

http://download.cnet.com/Avast-Free-Antivirus/3000-2239_4-10019223.html

On the lest side, click DOWNLOAD NOW. Install, run it-remove found threats.

One of the biggest myths and mistakes made by people in general, is thinking that the more anti virus programs you have installed on your computer the better it is.THAT IS A MISTAKE AND A MYTH.
