Why are my drives fading so far right?

I can hit irons perfectly straight and far. I have a new reg flex r9 460 and I hit 270 yards but they go straight 200 and start fading right bad. I read too much flex should make ball go left. What am I doing wrong?. I position tee at left foot, and good fast swing takes me right?

What I see most of the time in this case is: Leading the shot with the upper body and that causes your hands to move ahead of the ball and open the club face before impact. Let the club head hit the ball then let it pull your body into the follow thru. Don't turn your body open to quick or your leading with your body, let the club head lead the shot, then let your body turn after it into the follow thru. Good luck.
