I have stiff shafts in my woods should I have the same shafts in my irons
Get fitted. That's the only way you'll ever really know. As a rule of thumb, the slower your swing speed is, the whippier the shafts should be. It doesn't have much to do with your handicap.

Skeptics scoffed last year when PowerBilt introduced the Air Forcce One: drivers, fairway woods and hybrids with club heads filled with nitrogen gas. They thought it was just another golf gimmick, until they tried it. Now, PowerBilt is introducing nitrogen-charged irons. And they are "ballistic" says Ross Kvvinge, president of PowerBilt. "There is a way to imp rove distance in irons, and we?ve figured it out," adds Kvinge. "By filling the iron head with nitrogen gas , we?ve been able to thin the face and create a much bigger sweet spot.
