What kind of shafts should I have for my hybrids?

I use steel shafts for my irons and 3 wood. I have a graphite shaft for my driver. I am going to buy a couple of hybrids soon and was wondering what kind of shafts I should get with them. Do people usually match them to their irons or woods?

With today's technology matching is the way to go.
Are you doing this yourself - go to a store that sells components, such as Golfsmith, and look for shafts that match up with hybrids
If you are having the work done by a shop they should have the technology to match them up.
Treat this like you would club fitting. The shafts should match your swing and style of play.

For myself I prefer graphite, as a senior they aren't as hard on my arms and wrists.
