What is your favorite yardage to hit an approach shot?
Off of the tee I try and position the ball to about 115-120 out so that I can hit my gap wedge into the green. What is everyones favorite club into the green?
And for those that say sand wedge, do you find it harder to hit when the fairways are very tight? I like SW in a fluffy lie, but when they cut it really short I am not as consistant because of the bounce in with the SW.
i definitely say pitching wedge for me.....it is the club in my bag where i can control it the best with spin, go left to right, right to left, and distance control....i don't why but i think it is the easiest club to control and i think it is the best club to be aggressive with approaching to the hole because i can control the ball however i want it to with the pitching wedge.....but some people might be different....it all depends with your game and how you want and like to play it....
