Steel or Graphite Shafts for a Teen Golfer?

I'm a pretty serious junior golfer(14), and I compete in lots of tournaments each year, and I might want to get into university golf. I recently bought a new set of irons, but they're graphite shafted, and really high flex. I was wondering if I should get a firmer graphite shaft, or get steel ones altogether, for better workability and stuff.

Im a Tall and large fifteen year old and had played golf almost every day. If you swing fast and you notice with the graphite clubs that the shots you hit are inconsistent and are hooking and slicing all the time, you should probably switch to steel. Graphite are for young golfers and older golfers. Young guys should use steel because it is way more consistent. Good Luck
