ok the wife dont know how to drive and she don't have license, and the kids are in the car, the police left them in the car and left with the driver that was arrest.it nighttime around 12 am. can the police do that. leave the wife and kids in the car and no driver. this is a real situation. that happen copy days ago and was wondering could the police do that.
