What are the best kind of golf clubs that are under 600 dollars?

So I need to buy my boyfriend a set of golf clubs for Christmas. I'm looking to buy him a really nice set. If anyone could please help.

Choosing clubs is such a personal experience. There is not a universal best club or set of clubs for everyone. There are many variables to consider and it can be very confusing even for each type of club. Don't be afraid to mix and match. Also go for hybrids where possible. Best way is to know the right questions to ask when going into a shop and then trust the club fitter to give you the best fit.
