blue chip phoned me aboud a dog that i had given given to another couple because of her asthma, they new dog name and of course my number but i never had dog chipped they said my dog was chipped with and my detail were given .

hmm are you sure the puppy was not chipped ?? If you bought this puppy from a breeder they may have chipped him'her with your info. Or maybe it was done by your vet and you just don't remember it?? What did they want? Was the dog found somewhere? Usually thats why homeagain or other chip companies contact you is because the dog was found roaming the streets. Or reported missing
