Every time I play basketball in Newport News V.A. my lower back feels kind of stiff and it hurts a bit. Why?
I have played in N.Y, N.J., M.D. and C.A. and this has never happened. Even recently this has happened but it does not happen when I go home.
It could be cause of the humidity or the coldness.Just depends in where you are during those times.i would just put a heating pad on it.If that does not work, go see a back specialist.
