how long does hair take to grow back with iron tablets?

I've been on ferrous sulphate iron tablets (from the doctor) for coming up to a month and half..how long will it take for my hair to properly grow back?

Taking ferrous sulphate would not have any effect on your hair one way or another. What's the part of the story you've not told us? Were you on chemotherapy, which caused you to lose your hair? Did you have Measles? Some debilitating disease? Iron tablets won't help hair grow back any faster, other than that they may help to correct an anemic condition brought on by another disease process or treatment for same. Anything that helps you to improve on your overall health will help all your body's processes to work more efficiently, including hair growth.
