Scotty Cameron Red X2 1st run of 500?
Hi,
I have recently purchased a brand new 2007 Scotty Cameron Red X2 1st run of 500 putter, at a bargain store for a very good price. I looked on the internet and it says that 1st run of 500 putters are worth more as they are collectibles , because they are one of the first 500 of the putters, of that particular model made. Also, I found on the internet that the 3 red dot alignment aid found just behind the base of the shaft have been discontinued because Scotty Cameron was sewed by another company which had patented the idea. So I'm not sure if this makes the putter worth more or not? I am thinking of selling the putter , but I am not sure if it is a valuable collectible , or if it is just a regular Scotty Cameron Red X2 putter?
