I really want to get a tracfone...more specifically the motorolla 261. my question is what is the quality of the service, and do you get good reception. thank you for your opinions

btw...i live in the rochester ny

tracfone does not have their own network, they rent time from other networks, the end result is that their coverage is excellent, I only have dropped calls where everyone else has them too (like, in a deep valley, on the bridge).
An their customer service is not bad, I think they employ mostly latin americans and most speak english quite well.
My phone doesn't have roaming charges, one rate throughout the US.
